Cancellation Policy: Registrations cancelled before August 31, 2026, are eligible for a 70% refund. No refunds will be issued after September 1, 2026. Alternatively, tickets may be transferred to a colleague from the same country economic tier at no extra cost
Verification Clause: The registration secretariat reserves the right to request proof of residence/employment (e.g., utility bill, institutional ID) during badge pick-up at the İPA Florya Kampüs. Discrepancies will require updating to the correct economic tier on-site prior to entry
Quota Cap: Early Bird fees are limited strictly to the first 100 paid orders processed. Unpaid invoices or pending wire transfers will not hold a spot in the Early Bird tier once the quota is reached.
Meals & Catering Policy: Please note that registration ticket fees do not cover daily meals or personal dining expenses. However, the İPA Florya Kampüs features an excellent on-site cafeteria that provides a variety of fresh catering options, hot meals, and refreshments throughout the forum at highly fair, locally subsidized prices.
Travel and Health Insurance: Each participant is solely responsible for arranging and financing their own transit flights, accommodation, and personal health/travel insurance during their stay in Istanbul. The organizers will provide official visa invitation letters upon requested checkout, but assume no liability for individual travel disruptions.
