MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING:
THE ISTANBUL 2050 GRASSROOTS COALITION
1. Purpose
The International Urban Professional Forum (IUPF) and the undersigned Organization (The Partner) agree to unite their voices to elevate grassroots urban ingenuity to global policy levels, specifically for the WUF13 (Baku) and the Istanbul 2050 Forum (October 7-9, 2026).
2. Mutual Commitment
Representation: The Partner grants IUPF the non-exclusive right to represent the Partner’s logo and "Message to the World" during the WUF13 Press Conference and within the Istanbul 2050 marketing materials.
Knowledge Exchange: IUPF will share the outcomes, policy papers, and "Human Library" stories with the Partner to support their local advocacy.
Dissemination: The Partner agrees to share the "Istanbul 2050 Call for Stories" within their own local networks.
3. No Financial Obligation
This agreement is based on professional solidarity. No membership fees, dues, or financial liabilities are created for either party.
4. Term
This agreement is valid from the date of digital submission until December 31, 2026.
